Students will love these old classic waltzes, including "Daisy Bell" (Harry Dacre), "Waves of the Danube" (Ivanovici) and "Let Me Call You Sweetheart" (Friedman). The arrangement includes the sound of screeching bicycle brakes as well as whistling. This arrangement is for violin ensemble. Parts include advanced violin, first violin, second violin, elementary violin (on the level of Suzuki Book 1), and beginning violin. There is also an optional piano part for rehearsals which may be used in performance if needed. Viola and cello parts are available on request. The advanced violin part is not required, depending on the level of your group. It requires knowledge of third position and has an ossia section which extends to fifth position. The arrangement is perfect for mixed-level Suzuki Violin Group Class or school violin ensembles. The duration of this suite is approximately 3 ½ minutes. Get your students in the mood for Valentine’s Day with this fun arrangement!
